Leadership is the delicate balance of doing what must be done and convincing others to collaborate with you, whilst convincing those who might resist that it is correct to be doing said things.
ReplyDeleteA mentor of mine once said "to lead is to learn the art of becoming a lovable bastard"... I think I still agree with him. :)
